Manager’s Memo 6-21-22

So you’ve prayed for a good ending to your problem, but God isn’t answering. Maybe the situation has gotten worse since you started praying about it. Or you claimed a Bible promise, but it seems like there’s no power in it. It might feel like the answer is always … wait? … There’s a problem here, but it isn’t with God. It’s all about our understanding of what we THINK God is doing. We’ve gotta be careful not to confuse the Lord’s goodness with our expectations. When we don’t understand what He’s doing, we can still trust who He is. And tell ourselves the ultimate truth on days when it seems like God doesn’t care and say on those day … All I KNOW for sure today… is … God IS GOOD and that’s what I’m sticking with.
