Manager’s Memo 09-16-2016
You can see the pictures on our Facebook page. The concrete is curing for our antenna base and the anchor brackets for the guy wires. The final invoice has been submitted for payment on the new antenna and it should ship in a few days. If all goes according to plan it will arrive at the tower site during Sharathon. After more than four years of planning, fundraising, engineering studies and checking boxes on government forms, our new tower and antenna are becoming a reality. My prayer is God will use the new and improved signal to bless the lives of even more people.
But even with a new antenna, we have to have something to broadcast. And the only way that happens is if you are involved financially in the ministry of 88.3 The Journey. If you are new to the Journey Family, that is what happens during Sharathon. Twice a year, we spend three days asking you to contribute to this ministry. Without your support, simply put, there will be nothing to broadcast over our new tower. We can use your help financially, with a donation of your time as a phone volunteer or providing meals & snacks during Sharathon. To find out more about Sharathon and how you can help, visit our website at 8 8 3 the journey dot org. And thanks in advance for your prayers and support. We need both.
For 88.3 The Journey, I’m General Manager Mike Agee.
