Manager’s Memo 07-05-2019

It’s amazing what a few days of rest and relaxation with friends and family will do for you. As much as I love the Journey and being a professor, it was nice to set it aside for a few days. Now it’s time to get back to work.

First thing on the to-do list is finish unpacking boxes, decorate and move all the way into our new space before the big event. You may ask “What big event, Mike?” Why our official open house, of course. Written invitations are on the way to Gideon’s Army donors, but everyone is invited to the open house. We want you to see what you and the Lord have built. The open house is scheduled for Saturday, July 27th, from three to seven that afternoon. Our new address is 213 West Hillcrest in Keene, TX. We will have light refreshments and would love to have your join us. Details will be on the website soon.

I am also working on activating a new streaming service, changes to our website and version two of our Journey app. If you have some suggestions on making those better, send me an email, mike at 8 8 3 the journey dot org. No promises we can afford those suggestions, but, as always, we’ll do what we can.
