Manager’s Memo 06-14-2019
Greetings from my new office in the Journey’s new building! Wanda, Giselle and Danae have been busy unpacking boxes and getting stuff put into their new spots. I’ve been mostly leaning against ice packs and supervising. Apparently 60-year-old managers shouldn’t be lifting heavy objects and crawling around on the floor like a teenager any longer. Lesson learned. And thanks to the folks at Greater Health in Cleburne for helping me recover from this lower back strain. It has been a bear. Apparently 60-year-old managers don’t recover from injuries as quickly as a teenager, either.
We have tentatively scheduled a house warming/open house Saturday afternoon, July 27. We’ll be giving you more details on the event soon. But first, Mrs. Agee and I are going to spend some much-needed time off with family and friends out West. I’m in between classes, so no homework to worry about either. Thank you for your prayers and support. We are loving our new home. God is so good to us. Can’t wait to share it with you.
For 88.3 The Journey, I’m General Manager Mike Agee.
