Manager’s Memo 02-14-2019
When I stopped by the new home of the Journey this morning, they were finishing the trim work and updating the lighting. I took pictures, of course. They are posted on the website and on our Facebook page. Carpet is next and then we begin building a small production studio so we can stay on the air while we dismantle our current studios and move them over. That won’t happen until after Sharathon in April and early May, though. It seems a little silly to take apart our studios a few weeks before Sharathon. I’ll be ordering much of the equipment this week for the new studio.
As I write this, we have heard from 68 families who want to join Gideon’s Army for the Journey, an army of 300, providing a onetime gift of three hundred dollars, to provide what we need to finish the project. Some have given more and some have given less. Would you prayerfully consider taking one of the remaining 232 places in this Gideon’s Army? Go to our website at 8 8 3 the journey to make a secure, one-time donation and help the Journey build a new home.
For 88.3 The Journey, I’m General Manager Mike Agee.
